I ordered a phone case from an online seller/page on 4 January 2026 and made full payment at the time of order.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received the product till date, and the seller has not provided any tracking details or clear response.
I have tried contacting them through messages, but there is either no reply or repeated delays without resolution.
This has caused mental stress and loss of money. I am requesting help to either receive the product immediately or get a full refund.
I am attaching payment proof and chat screenshots as evidence.
