The complaint is against StarQuik app.
They first give attractive offers and take the orders online. But when the time comes for delivery they don’t deliver the products and give unwanted reasons like its out of stock.
But when we check they still keep on selling all the items with increased price.
When we question them on their unexpected behavior they say we will not be able to reschedule the order with same price and also not ready to wave off the price difference when re-ordered.
This incident had taken place with me 2 times in a month.
If they don’t sell products its still acceptable…. but they sell the products with increased price and cancel our orders so that we pay more. This is misleading offers they give to customers and cheat so that they can promote their applications.
I want a strick actions to be taken on them. Because this behavior of them have impacted many of the customers.
