I have booked a ticket on 23rd July to travel on 24th July from Hyderabad to Kolkata. As soon as I processed the payment the money has been deducted and got a screen saying that waiting for confirmation from the airlines. After 15min I called to the travolook customer care. They said that the ticket has been cancelled due to some technical issue and got a email regarding this. After that I called again to the customer support to know within how many days I am going to get the refund. They said that within 7-10 working days I would receive the amount. After 10 days again I had called to the customer support and they said that within 15-20 working days I would get the refund and 15-20 working days means almost 4 weeks as Saturday and Sunday are not working days. Now it’s been more that 20 working days till now I hadn’t received a single penny.
