I booked a return ticket from kolkata to bagdogra on 10th August,2021 by air asia Airways of total price 6070 rupees .After few minutes I received a missed call as I was in washroom .After that I received a mail that my booking has been cancelled .by this time the money has been debited from my account. Thereafter I called there only customercare no which was as expected remained busy for 15 times .they never called me back again .so I lost the money instantaneously. I font know whom to complain and how will I get the refund ? Please help me .the booking reference no is REF600142900
