On May 31, 2022, I made three payments of Rs. 1,000 each to a person for a top-up of my game account (BGMI). The way he dealt made me think he is genuine. He was on WhatsApp call from the start and made me believe he is reliable. I made the payments and after that, he gave me a google play recharge code. He told me not to redeem the code then, but rather wait till 2 am mentioning some kind of server time. I waited till then. And he messaged me before 2 am asking me to redeem. When I replied he again asked me to wait. Again he asked me to redeem at 3 am and when the time came he just made excuses and it went on like that. Whenever I tried to redeem the code it shows an error. He stole my money, but he also wasted my time.
