Dear sir
I v sudhakar ,resident of Machilipatnam ,krishna dist,AP,bearing Door no 20/585/48/A, I am using HDFc bank credit card
Today(14.05.2020) I got two messages with subject name “GOOGLE PROXIMA BETA” and debited twice amounts with same subject from my credit card amounts RS.7900 and RS.3999(time debited 7.08 pm), total RS.11,899 which was not done by me and transactions were carried out with out any OTP messages
In this connections, I have blocked my credit card and reported to bank
So, pl advice on this and take a complaint from me and support me for getting refund by verifying the fraud and provide me us acknowledgment for FIR filing
