Sir,I
have purchased the One Plus 7T mobile on 14-Jun-2020 with Trendz Mart shopping site which was on sale @Rs 999. But now I found its a fraud site.
I want my money back, I want it to be refunded. I will be very much thankful to you if you take the required action against it. Please Sir please help me through this situation.

I have placed an order for One Plus 7/7Tpro mobile on 31/05/2020 and transferred successfuy Rs.999 to their account ,and I immediately received the Email that my order is placed and order no.is 1366 and they assured that the product will be shipped soon.Not yet received the product and no response at all to my email forwards and also to their customer complaints site. I have repeatedly asked them to send the product or refund my hard-earned money.
