I would like to report a scam(cyber crime)that I feel into accidentally. I saw an Instagram post from an account named “particlestoreindia”(Now Globalparticlestore). After seeing the prices and how promising he was. We send 30,000 to him as he advised and we were promised delivery within 7 days. We paid on June 2, 2021. Till today(September 23, 2021) we’ve not received the item and we are being ignored everytime we call or text him. Now he blocked me on whatsapp. So we suspect this as a scam..

Now it’s been 113 days till I give the full amount to him . Till no update or not ready to process the refund.I kindly request you to take actions against this scammer.

He is behaving the same to me.
I give him the cash that i hardly earned and he just did not deliver my product and saying will not give the refund, only giving item only.
Iam also contacting superior officers regarding he and his business.
I collecting the details of him to make an FIR.

He was a big fraud , he did the same to my friend and scam his money through promising him the delivery within a week .
I seen lot of videos of him in the youtube that proves “he is a fraud” .
He promised me the order within 10days and he never deliver my product or no response on my refund request .
Please guys beware of him , he started his cheating business in Kerala a few years back and he get caught once . Now he is still doing it.
Has anyone filed a complaint against him? Can someone help on how to take this legally – do we report it through cyber cell or file a complaint at the police station?. I too fell victim to this guy unfortunately.
