Ordered a mobile phone on Flipkart app which cost 63999/- on 14th of November I received the mobile Flipkart got policy of open box recieving which I opened and got a defective product which is not switching on verify by delivery boy and I asked him to replace it. After that I talked to the sales executive who claims to replace it today on 17 November 2023 a got a notification that my order is cancelled and I have to re order it on higher prices. Now product is 2000 rupee more than the value which I ordered previously.
Kindly help me to solve this issue.
