I have a matrimony account on ezhava matrimoni site with 3months paid membership ends on 16/09/2020.I want to deactivate that account on the same day but i can do that only after my duty time.
The made the auto renovation through my bank account without any information and the very next time when i got the mail i make reply to cancel the renewal and refund it.Also i contact with customer service with 3 or 4 times but i didn’t back my money.
When i contact with a online chat assist he told me its not possible to refund i used that membership like that.but i didn’t use that membership because that old membership package also i cant use 100%.i just check the profile for making any refunding option.
I am working in oman since 2013 i need my money back because i didn’t wants that service.Like this auto renewal system they are cheating the members somebody will leave it but i don’t wants to leave it because they repeat the same.So please do the needful action against like this online cheatings
