Text of Complaint by Imtiyaz:

My name is imtiyaz and I am from Telangana state. I had a personal loan account with kreditbee. I use to pay my all EMI’s regularly as I am using kreditbee since year’s. But recently i missed 3 to 4 EMI’s dueto medical emergency. I went out of budget. I sent a mail regarding my medical condition to kreditbee but they refused to give some time.. after i couldn’t arrange funds to repay they use to call me regularly and I was answering them that I can’t pay .. give me some time.. they were denying… Later they handover my case to third-party agencies and they were like calling me and using abusive language and trying to blackmail me. And i arranged my own funds and cleared all dues at once… Post payment there agent’s calling me and my relatives and friends regarding payment and harassing and using abusive language.. i mailed kreditbee about this concern but i didn’t got any solution… Till today they are calling my reference numbers blackmailing them and defaming me… After payment 1 month ago.. kreditbee also not responding to my mails which am sending them regularly
