I have just installed the Hero Rupee app and checked loan range but not applied for any loan. But a sum Rs.5,500.99/- has been credited to my account and ask me to repay Rs.10069.00 With in 7 days. This is scam app. I don’t need any loan. I have not applied for a loan in Hero Rupee app but they credited the amount on their own, Please suggest the best solution how to handle the situation .
