Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Ahmad Aazib I am from Tand, Ambedkar Nagar (UP). On last Sunday while scrolling through facebook I found advertisement of two online loan providing app (named Domini app and Cinerma app) and i installed the app from play store. I registered my information in order to check how much loan can they provide.
But once i registered all my details they transferred a sum of Rs. 3850 each without taking my consent or without giving any information regarding the loan (to my icici bank account number 105201501233) from both the app and started claiming that they have given me a loan of Rs. 7000 which I have to pay in 7 days.
As the incidence occurred I complained to online consumer helpline.
Now today they started messaging me on whatsapp and intimidating me and harassing me to pay the amount immediately. Otherwise they will block my PAN number, Addhar Number, destroy my Cibil score. When I refused to pay they they started harassing more and saying that they will destroy my social image. they will upload sax videos of me and my family on social media and this will destroy my social image.
this incidence has shattered my mental piece and i am very afraid now.
So I highly request you to please register my complain and take immediate action against the culprits. for this I will be highly thankfull to you.
