I applied for a loan of Rs 2,60,000 for which I was asked to pay Rs. 3,900 for membership, Rs. 13,000 as refundable processing fee, Rs. 26,000 for unfreezing the account, Rs. 8,000 as labor cost, Rs. 52,000 to check repaying capacity, Rs 1,00,000 for account verification. After all these payments I was told to pay Rs. 20,000 as refund fee. I did not receive a single rupee loan even after paying Rs. 2,23,000 in which 75%was borrowed by me from my friends and relatives. I request the concerned authority to take necessary action and make them refund my money so that I can repay to my friends and relatives from whom I borrowed. I saw the app ad on Instagram and applied. After the fraud I realized that the app doesn’t have any link and is not displayed in the play store.
