I have taken instant loan at ONE LOANS app and the loan provider is warm rupee. I have taken loan on 24th april and repaid the loan 11000 on 26th april 8:55pm, however the status of the loan is still showing pending in the application and not updated as completed. I have raised multiple reminders to the customer service email id and raised the issue in the loan app, however nobody is responding to my email. Now what will happen they will start harassing me for not making the payment although the payment is paid. Can some one suggest me what to do in this case.
