I have availed a personal loan of 10000 from MONEY VIEW PERSONAL LOAN App on 14th may 2023.( LOAN ID-170049844244) the amount credited to my account and in the app itself confirmed that I can do early foreclosure on the loan without any charges before 17th may 2023
And 16th May 2023 i tried to foreclose the loan But in the app there is no option for the foreclosure one mail id given (payments@moneyview.in)
I have send my request for the foreclosure but there is no one respond or supported me. Then I send mail to there complaint section (care@moneyview.in) from there also no one responded
Totally 5 times I send mails and no one supported
Also I raised service request in the app 3 times the App teams closed all the request without mentioning any reason
So they really making me to not completing the foreclosure before 17th it’s the final day for same
I have attaching the mail send screenshot and there side confirmation for early foreclosure
Also i have the screen recorded video also
I need support
