My name is chandrima Goon. For some critical reason I wanted a small amount of loan that’s why I downloaded rupayekey app. For checking my eligibility they wanted some documents like aadhar card, pan card and a selfie and I give it to them because I think that they would check my eligibility and provide me the amount of money which I have need, if I can afford it then definitely I will applied otherwise I will not go anymore. After sending my documents in 5 min they applied and disbursted a loan without noticing me which was 2000/- RS and after GST I can get 1200/- in hand after 6 days I have to pay2014/-. But I don’t want take it this loan because of too much higher interest but couldn’t do anything because they already disburse and there is no option to widthraw my application and when the application sees me the loan was disburse, my account not credited any kind of amount then. That’s why I mailed it’s customer care to withdraw my application but there is no response after one day I credit the loan amount twice. Now they charging me to repay it otherwise they will harassing my family members through calling or my documents will sell in dark web or viral my pictures now what should I do I cannot understand please help me.
