I had taken loans from Asan Loan Application, Asan Loan application provides loans for 7 days tenure with 40% rate of Interest. I applied in this application for some emergency need. I taken loan 5 to 6 times and repay the same one day before due date due to continues calls from the said company’s collection executives. Last loan I taken is Rs. 5,000/- and in that loan application I paid the said amount i.e. 5,200 1 day after due date on 18/10/2021
Now since last 2 days I continuously received calls from collection department of Asan Loan, regarding payment of the said loan. I already informed that I paid up the loan along with 200/- penalty but he not ready to listen and start speaking in rude language. He provide me link for payment and today i open that link and login with my number and application shows no bill pending. I told the executive but he not trying to understand. Screen shot attached
