Dear sir/ madam
I was in need of loan so I started checking with many banks, nbfc.
I came across this app on Google play store Shuttle Loan. Please refer to the screenshot of company and loan details which this app is mentioning.
To check my eligibility I shared my personal, pan, and banking details t complete the process to know if I am eligible for loan and o what terms.
Without even confirming with me or my concent. This company transferred Rs 2,750 in my bank account and updated on app that I have to repay Rs 5,000 in just 6 days.
This email was given on app so i email my concern to this email but no they did not reply ([email protected])
Today on 23/05/2022 1 day before the 6th day of repayment I started receiving g threatful and defamatory messages on my whatsapp from this company. I have attached the screenshot.
They threaten me, that they will spoil my name and my status if I do not repay them.
They abused me when I confronted by saying I did not wanted this loan ,why loan details was not shared and why my consent was not taken before transferring the money.
Sir my complain is
1. They have provided false info on app page on Google play store. ( please refer the screen shot. Repayment from 91st day.
2. Without consumers consent transferring money
3. Charging very high Interest
4. Repayment time 6 days
5. Threatening to defame consumer
6.Abusive messages and calls
Sir to protect my status and name I did a Repayment of Rs 5,000 on 23-05-2022
But this is a fraud way to do business .
Please please take action on such company.
I was very depressed and felt I will die the way they did fraud and abused me and threaten me .
I have already done a cyber complaint , I have also complaint on Google store and given a negetive feedback.
Please save other people who may become the victim like me.
