I had taken loan on 12th April with value of 7000 in that they discussed 4800 to my account but later I made the full payment of 7k on 17th and shared screen shot but today they started harassing to pay 7k again. I asked to shared the details they simply replied as you paid roll out amount and shared the another transaction id.
Now to whom I need to contact to get this issue resolve. To contact app team no customer care team nor No to contact. Even using foul languages.
