I never applied a loan from KoKo loan but they deposited 4460 in my account and ask me to pay 16000 now. I have asked them to cancelled on the same day but no response, I even sent them emails to take back the amount on the same day but the mails are bouncing back. If I am not paying, they keep calling from different number and threatening to call my contact list, and WhatsApp them my photos and etc. Many of them facing the same issues after i studied through online
Kindly take an action against them and help me the overcome from this.
