Respected sirs/madam,
I am vishwanath ss from shimogga district of karnataka state. I have taken online job from OC Technologies, Gujarath, on 15th june 2020. Due pandemic and our company was also closed and we are not getting any salary from the company and amount was shortage in running the family. so i have taken online home based work from this company. All procedures were made and a legal agreement also made on just phone call. they send the mobile application also to work. tried to work, could’t completed the work as per the time line given by the company. Later i came to know that work is not possible in mobile phone, and they asked the penalty of 6900 rs for the first month. I have asked the company to deregister my candidature and close the legal agreement. they asked some thousands to close the agreement and I followed it and send the amount and received the NOC also. But now days their legal associates are daily calling me and giving torture to give some more penalty about Rs.47,000 for the outside court settlement and Rs.98,000 for inside court settlement and asking to come to Ahmadabad court to close the agreement. Also they said that they filed an FIR in ahmadabad police station and sent today 10.02.2021 an FIR which is fake, and my name is not in the FIR copy. I am herewith sending the FIR Copy also and NOC given by them. I have lost some thousands due to this.
Please take some action against this fellow, following is the name and address of the legal advisor from whom i am getting daily tortured calls and SMSs and als e-mails also a fake FIR.
