I am filling complaint aganist ” the resume search”/ ” the resume filling” (both are same scammers). this is an fake online job portal, encoraging job seekers to join to work as a part time freelancer to complete 600 resumes in 7 days duration for a payment of 18000 (Rs 30 per resume) if faile to complete job time or accuracy level is less tahn 90 percent penalty of 6500 +or – has to made. i came to know about this fake company through “Quikr” online job portal on 08-01-2021. initally it seems to be very open and legally organised, but i realised that this is fake and scam, working in a group for money only. when i started to work with the given URL by them “https://theresumesearch.com/client/dashboard” with userID and password, and a demo video. The demo video and actual work was totally not related to each. To fill one resume i had many clarifications to be done and i called to customer support numbers given by them (” 06358833751, 06358833753″), they were not able to clarify my questions finally my answer was the solution to all my questions that they too accepted. all before this they gave my a link that contained an agreement to my whatsapp and ordered me to sign into that agreement without giving me time to read completely. they askedd me to send my mail ID, photocopy of my Aadhaar card and a resume og mine, i too forwarded the same out of trust but later after completing 3 resume i found that it is time consuming job and then i realised that this is a fake company when i searched through browser about this company where mostly i found it is fake and scammers filled job. i tried calling to the customer support and enquired about payment and job security they denied to answer me. I kept asking the same to two customer support numbers, they dis connected the phone call. i stopped working on that job portal. later after 5 days i got a message through whatsapp mentioning that tommorow is my last date to complete 600 resumes. i told them that i will not do any work, from then they started to threat me saying to pay a penalty of Rs 6450. i denied to accept the payment, after then i receivedd a message stating as ” we have filled a case on you at cibil courts surat for violating the company rules because i have voilated the rules”. today 20-01-2021, i reveived a message from QP- LEGALD, to pay the penalty since it is non replay message link i did not respond to it. after some time i received a call from” 09974974387″ (advocate vishwajeet rathore – law firm – gujarat – expertise in cibil cases) ordering me to pay the penalty. i got the bank details to pay too.

Due to this kind of torture given by this company i am facing mental depression, i have all evidence and i kindly request the offical yeam to take necessary action this fake company and persons involved in this.
