Wise Data Media offered me job on 3rd May via WhatsApp saying they saw my profile on QUICKER and asked me if I am interested. When I said yes they asked me to send my photo and signature along with a photo of my ID proof on whatsapp for registration. They did not not mention anything about agreement untill then. After few minutes they used my ID and signature to make an agreement without my consent. Had they mentioned about the agreement before I would have declined to accept the offer. But I did not create a ruckus because I had self belief of completing the work owing to my computer and english proficiency. They gave me 520 forms to complete within 6 days with a pay scale of Rs 35 per form on 90 percent accuracy They mentioned that they would send the salary after deducting their registration fee of Rs 5300. I enquired them about the authenticity of QC Report and they said every thing is fair and you will be shown the comparison data of whereall you have made mistakes. This is the primary reason why I did not doubt their intention. On 11th May I finished my work and received 61 percent accuracy which is impossible also there was no comparison data. I decided to talk to them about this the next day as it was past office hours. On 12th May before I call them I received numerous threat messages from their advocate stating that a lawsuit of 2-3 Lakhs would be filed against me in Rajasthan Court if I do not pay them their fee of Rs 5300 in 15 minutes. They are constantly harassing me over E-mails and WhatsApp.
