I got call from them about online and if I didn’t complete the work on time I have to pay the penalty. I denied on the very next day. But I continuously getting the mail so contacted with that agent and told him that I don’t want to do the work and at that time he agreed but today I got a call from adv. Ajay Rathod who was from Gujarat cibil court as told. He told me that he has a complain against me to breach the contract. I threatened me to put a case over me and have to pay 120000/- for legal proceedings or I have to settle it down outside the court by paying him the amount. Need some advice what to do in that case. Please help me out from this.
