- I got call from a no. 9909904252 named under technocraft solutions for data entry I registered by my voter I’d then they provided me agreement,user id & acceptance letter in my mail I’d from their ‘agreement@onlineformfilling.co.in’ on 29/10/20 I submitted my work on 04/11/20 to their helpline mail I’d ‘ff.help04@gmail.com’.and I also contacted on their helpline no. 9909901946 for my payment. on 09/11/20 adv Arti pradhan mailed from legalassocietion0365@gmail.com & call me from a no. 9604688728 & told me that my QC is fail as I didn’t achieve 90% accuracy so I have to pay 4700rs as penalty then I said how can this be possible I have checked 2 times give me proof of it so adv said if I want to check or correct it I have to pay 5700rs so I refuses then she said I have to pay 4700rs else they’ll file case on me so I paid 4700rs in panicking. In their bank account. Afterwards adv. Disha tyagi call me from NOC dept and her no. Is 9175551518 She told me to pay 47000rs to cancel the agreement or 14100 to continue work. If I didn’t pay amount then they’ll file case & I have to pay 3000rs in every 24hrs. Next day I got a notice on my mail id from adv minhaz’s mail I’d ‘advocateassociat159@mail.com’
instructing me to pay 4700rs which I had already paid as well as 3000rs in 48 hrs of receipt of the notice Afterwards I checked agreement & acceptance letter there’s no signature of me & also checked company on Google where people had already filed complaints on consumer complaints court against company & advocates too . Please take appropriate actions against them as soon as possible
Same issue is done with me too i got call from Rexon Enterprises for work from home data entry job from name PRITI PATEL (9638700370) and i agreed to all terms and condition to that because i wanted job then i did it and did registration through my adhar card. Then I have submitted work on time. After the submission of three days i saw that my QC got fail but how can it be possible i have checked it 3 times, then after 1 week i got mail of LEGAL INTIMATION NOTICE from the mail id legalassociation036@gmail.com and call from name ARTI PRADHAN (9604688728) telling that you have got a chance to correct your form from the and the software charge of that is 6,500/-Rs. and this amount is totally refundable to you in the salary within 2 hours and i accepted it and payed the money after that i got a call from DISHA TYAGI (9175551518) telling that you have the signed the legal agreement of the 11 months with the company but i saw that agreement there was not my sign and not even inculded that you have pay further charges for continuing and not continuing the work. And saying if you want to continue the work you have to pay the security charge of 3 months i.e. 14,100/-Rs. and if you don’t want to do then you can cancel it and you have to pay 23,700/-Rs. and i refused to both. Then she told me that after 7 days you to come with your lawyer to the gujarat court for the case if you loose the case you have to pay 1,70,000/-Rs. now what should I do i lost my money. Please take action on this as soon as possible…
Why Government did not take any Action on this fraud People. If we search there mobile No. On Truecaller, it always showing that they are from Gujarat. If you did not then please search there mobile no. On Truecaller. Also lots of people marked them as Scam or farud.
