Respected Sir,
My name is Zafar Sadiq Ali Mohammad and I want to complaint against Tech one solution. I was contacted from Tech one Solution by a man asking i want to do a form filling job. I also said him yes, the job was to complete 800 forms in 7days. If it is 90% accuracy, then they will make pay me RS.24000 and will deduct Rs.5100 from it as there fees.But if not completed, i have to pay them Rs.5100 as penalty. I have done my work within 7days and submitted and the report was failed at the same time I have cross checked all the 800 forms and found that only 52 forms have mistakes and another 9 nine forms have been marked as mistakes intentionally by them. When i asked about that by posting screenshots to them they had not responded me and After around 10-11 days i got a mail from Advocate named Vishal Sharma, Advocate Associate, chandrapur cibil court, 271B,Near Ring road Circle, Ayodhya Nagar cross road , chandrapur Gujarat-363621.This is the Advocate details.This Advocate sent a mail to me.After he calls me ,he said that if i doesn’t pay the penalty ,he said that he will take legal actions against me.I am afraid of this. He texted on me and said he will file the case on the court and within 2-3 working days I will get a call from the nearest police station and you need to come hear and solve the problem. I think now this is fake. I saw so many cases registered here with this same content. Only the company name and address having some change all other messages are same . I don’t know what to do.I can attach image of the mail by Advocate associate.Please ,it is my humble request to look into matter with this huge scam which they are playing with innocent people have no jobs. They even took my aadhar card and my signature before starting work and before starting work they had not mentioned that I have signed for 11 months contract first they took my signature and after that they sent me mail that I have signed for 11 months contract and if I breach contact i have to pay minimum 6 months amount athat is around 30600/- rupees they are not even answering my calls.Please take remedial actions against these fraudulent activities.
