I am Dhruv Gupta. On 8 Feb I got a call and from that side a person named Ajay said are you looking for a job I said yes then they ask my some documents I sended them then they said your work will start from 9 Feb and an contract will be signed but due to some reasons I have to stop my work in mid. So I sended a mail to the help desk of the company and also called to the company but no one answered and after some time on 15 Feb an advocate named Abhinav Narayan who was saying that he is from Nasik district court had said me that company has filed a case on me but I agreed my fault and sended penalty money which was 5460/- as written in contract but they were asking for 26000/- for NOC and filed a case on me for contract breaching
