i am searching for a companies in monster ,i applied for the resumesearch for a part time job. where i was asked to fill 600 resumes in a week, and failing to do so would put me under an obligation to pay them portal charge of Rs 6500 as a compensation towards non fulfillment of my work. Then i learned about this company being a fraud. I contacted them about my decision to discontinue. To which they asked me to pay the portal charges. I refused to pay the amount and then they started calling me frequently, mentally harassing and threating to sue me in gujarat court . Then they called me again and told that they will be sending me a legal notice and made me talk to their lawyer and HR.
