Text of Complaint by CHENNA:

I got a call from a company offering me a job where they will send 100 images each day and I had to convert them to pdf and email them. There was 10 assignments. After 10 assignments they told they will process the salary within 10 days. They told there were no charges for this work. So I completed 10 assignments and they told me to wait after that they had a quality test which will determine the quality of my assignment and according to the assignment’s quality. They determined the quality and my salary was decided as 32,313. They told they will credit my salary within 5 days. Then they send me a link for withdrawing salary. They created an account for me using my number and gave me a password to login. I had to enter my name, upi id and email. After entering the details I could not withdraw my money as it said LoginToBill wallet didn’t have minimum balance and I had to add 3313 as minimum balance when I tried to add minimum balance, it showed the servers were busy, contact the agent for manually adding minimum balance. I contacted my agent and he sent me an upi id to transfer 3313+10 rps (charge for adding minimum balance manually) when I tried to transfer money to that upi I could not because it was flagged as risky then the agent sent me another upi id to whom I sent 3313. After that the agent told me to wait. Later when I asked him about the salary he told me my id was blocked so his verification department will send new id and password so that I can withdraw my salary. I waited and then they contacted me by saying they will create new id and money will be credited by 1 pm if money is not credited you will receive money online. Then the messaged me by saying there was technical issue, within 4 hours they will solve the issue and those who didn’t get salary can contact them. I didn’t get salary so I called them. First few calls, they didn’t pick. Then they said they tried to send me the money but the payment failed because it showed pocr charge of 6315 is pending for me. So I asked what is pocr they gave me the full form saying its processing outstanding clearing refundable charge. He told he I had to pay that amount to some guy and right after clearing that amount itself my salary would be credited. He told me I could stay on line with him and during the phone call itself I would get my salary along with my minimum balance. When I asked what is pocr he just constantly said the full form and as it is pending they could not transfer money. I told him to send me the screenshot of “pocr pending” but he sent me payment pending screenshot of phonepe. It seems like he tried to pay the amount with phonepe but failed. He then started getting angry when I tried to question more. I told him to send pocr pending screenshot but he was getting angry saying I already sent you (what he sent was payment failed message) I then asked him to give me back my 3313 which I had paid as minimum balance, I dont want salary or anything. He told it was not possible it come along with salary. Then I got no response.
