Online jio mobile recharge of Rs. 555.00 was made for mobile No. 9373414696 on 27.05.2020. Txn was done through SBI internet Banking. Txn was successful but actual recharge was not done and amount is also not refunded to my account. Please look into the matter and refund the amount immediately.
