I have booked my HSRP on 26th Oct 2023 online. They payment was received by Rosmerta Safety Systems Pvt Ltd, money got deducted by my UPI account but i haven’t got any confirmation of Order Id and Booking details.
When i called them, they told me first time call after 24 hrs. when i called after 24 hrs, they cut the call intentionally. There is lot of wait time to reach out CSR and they cut the call when i ask for my order status.
