Good morning sir, I have a complaint about the online loan app named wecash . My friend had failed to pay the amount on due date due to nonpayment of his salary.The loan recovery agent had asked him to pay but he told him that he had no money to pay now and to give him some time to pay but instead they abused him .And by accessing his contacts, they are sending harassing and abusive message on whatsapp.He asked them to send him legal notice but they ignored him and continuing his illegal process. I just want to know Is it a legal process by such company for loan defaulter?.Where will people go for this defamation?How they are recovering the amount is just not legal?Please kindly see into the matter..I had attached the conversation.
