This fake RBI registered apps has been harassing and threatening me by calling and messaging my contacts telling them to repay loan. I started getting 20-30 calls from different numbers. They can send letter or demand notice but they cannot threaten as threatening will be illegal and criminal offence. They started sending abusive messages to my phone contacts.I was humiliated and harassed.People close to me raised doubts about my life, raised questions about my character. My life will never be the same.I am distressed after text messages about me had been sent to my contact list.It isn’t illegal for a loan app to recover money lent, but there is a way to do it. Iwould be forced to commit suicide if this harassment does not stop. Repetitious phone calls that are intended to annoy, abuse, or harass me, Obscene or profane language, Threats of harm is driving me crazy and making me so depressed to the extent that I am unable to eat food also.
