This is regarding an online gaming company. I have been looking for part time jobs online and I got a message on whatsapp saying I could earn 5000-58888 daily. This message needed me to click on a link which opened up a whatsapp chat with some lady who said that this is task based which will pay me 2000-2799 per day. I expressed interest in this job by saying “yes”. She guided me with the registration process and the task . The task was linking a youtube video and subscribing to that channel. As I finished the task, she paid a “salary” to my registered bank account. Then she asked me to connect with another person over Telegram who would guide me with other tasks which would give me more money. When I showed interest, I was asked to pay 1000 for that task. After completing that task, I was returned 1700 for it. So I made a profit of 700. The price for the next tasks kept increasing. They needed me to pay 4400 for one task. They said that I will be able to withdraw the salary after I had finished all 3 tasks. The next task was 8800. I had finished them by paying 4400 and 8800. The last task order was for 30000. I recharged my investment account with 30000 rupees and started the task. All these tasks are bets that are placed in online games. This looks like a lottery and it got very lucrative.
They added me to a group within telegram. There was a mentor and a few of us in that group. They said that all of us in that group had to complete the lottery task together. And after completing these tasks, our accounts would get reflected with money which could be then withdrawn into our bank accounts. I made a mistake a did not do as per guidelines as I was not clear on it. The penalty was that I had to pay 47777 rupees more to be able to withdraw all the money which is accummulated in my account. So, I took a day’s time and recharged my gaming account with 47777. I placed the bet as guided by the group mentor. There was a profit and it reflected in my account. The mentor said that we could withdraw the money. There was a total of 119419 rupees showing in my gaming account. The mentor said that I can withdraw all of my money 100%. I tried to withdraw. It said “withdraw success” but no money came into my account. The gaming account only showed 19 rupees as I tried to withdraw 119400 rupees. I waited for over 30 minutes and tried again. When I checked my gaming account after 30 minutes, I saw that my gaming account was again showing the full amount of 119419. When I tried to withdraw, it said “The withdrawal conditions are not met”. When I asked the mentor why this was happening, he said that due to a delay in finishing all tasks, I am unable to withdraw at this time. If I wish to withdraw, I need to invest another 90,000 rupees, place a bet and withdraw my fund again. There was a delay from our side but that delay was accepted by the mentor who was guiding us. He knew very well that I needed time to bet more money. So I asked him time for a day and then got that 47,777 and invested. But the mentor started blaming me that I am unable to withdraw because of my fault.

I did not want to go any further at this point because the mentor was being fake. They have looted me of almost a lakh which I struggled to get and invest in this only hoping that I would get a little more which would help me pay off my bills.

This is destroying me. I have lost a total of 90,977 rupees in this game.
