Text of Complaint by S kumar:

I have added money in happy Ace gaming app but the amount debited from my bank account in November 23 but neither the amount added to my game account nor the amount reversed to bank account.now they are saying amount will be reversed to you game account since November but still the amount has not been refunded till now.
