I have requested a withdrawal amount of Rs. 11500 on 30.09.2023 at around 1:30 PM.
They had approved the withdrawal at around 3:30 PM the same day. But I’m yet to receive the amount.
Contacted them several times via email, and the only thing they are saying is, that they had approved the withdrawal and sent the to the payment system and now waiting for the payment system’s response. And they cannot give me any time frame about how much time it will take.
