Text of Complaint by Ramesh Singam:

I was a player of Happy Ace Casino. I have won RS.11000 and withdrawn it before one month (I.e: 23-6-2023). I sent mails and messages regarding the issue, they said it is under process till 15 days after the withdrawal date and after that they said that withdrawal is successfull but I did not received any amount. I have said them that I did not got any amount but they said to check in my bank. I have visited the bank and asked them, they said no amount is credited in my account. It’s been one month, they looted my 11000. Can anyone help in sloving my problem.
