I want to report an online gaming application named “Namaste Teen Patti” for online financial fraud.
I deposited money in this app and requested withdrawals. Initially, small withdrawals were credited, but later the app stopped releasing payments.
Details of the issue:
1) One withdrawal of ₹500 is showing status as “Already dunned”, but no amount has been credited to my bank/UPI account till now.
2) Other withdrawals of ₹700 and ₹500 are showing “Processing / Pending” status for more than 24 hours.
The app is displaying misleading withdrawal statuses without actually transferring the money. This appears to be an intentional attempt to delay or deny withdrawals and mislead users.
I have attached screenshots of:
– Withdrawals showing “Already dunned” without bank credit
– Pending withdrawals
– Transaction details
I request the concerned authority to kindly investigate this matter and take necessary action against the app for online financial fraud.
