Fruad online company scam. Last week I received a call asking to offer data entry job. And asked me to upload ID, photo and signature. When I did that to my shock I received a email of registration on Friday agreement attached. I was not told before the terms and conditions. Then I reacived a verification call and told to compile the work within 7 days with 90% accuracy or I would be charged 5000 plus amount. I would also like to let you that on Saturday night my account was blocked and they said I did multiple login so it was blocked. I had mailed them saying there was a glitch and I was unable to logout. To unblock they asked money but as i denied to that they unblocked my account on Monday evening. Till Tuesday night I entered the details but on Tuesday night the report was submitted. I wasn’t even 7 days Ok time. On Wednesday I received a whatsapp message saying the agreement is terminated and when called the person. He mentally harassed me that he has filed a complaint against me and I had to pay a sum of 7950 + 5000 to him. He said he would send me phone pay number. He harassed me saying if I don’t pay the amount he would take to the court of law and make i would have to pay 1.5 laks Later when I didn’t report to his threats he started send me notices – that supposed looked edited. The notice head had the name of gujrat board council the logo was not there one the 4 head lion was mentioned. A few details like document submitted ( submitted adhar) mentioned election ID.
I request you to help me through this as it’s completely unethical and fraud. I declare the agreement as void-ab-initio and does not stand a valid contract under any circumstances. Neither the agreement not the practice was fair to me.
