I have a complaint about being software, they tell me to recharge 1000 then 2000 and then said to recharge 15k for withdrawal, after that I paid 15000, even after that I did not get my money and they said that the company’s policy has changed, do a top up of 13000, I said I do not have it, then I got a 7000 top up, then I was told that you have to pay only 6000, which I paid, now I am being told that the 7000 crore top up limit has been exhausted, in this way a total of 24000 was taken from me, now they are not returning it, I had paid 15000 by taking a loan, please get me my 24000 back do sir
