Dear Sir/Madam, i received ur mail regarding the dispute of transaction through credit card.
Sir both the transactions were occured after hacking my mobile through an app named as “Quick support” which is not known to me as mobile hacking app. using this app person has been able to monitor my every activities on mobile and hence also the OTP’s send to me by bank.
After transaction would occur, i received a messages from bank that “we are unable to reach you to confirm transacxtion of Rs 9999/- from aeron fly international pvt ltd and 10316.7/- through Mobiwik Systems Pvt Ltd.
My point is-
1. that both transactions occur at around 11:38 Am after OTP received at 11:37 AM, but the bank text messages send to me by bank is 12:10Pm on 18/04/2022{screen shot attached] and received by me at 12:47 PM, then how the transaction occured without bank confirmation, where is my consent.
mere OTP sharing/mobile hacking hsall not be the sufficient means of any transactions to take place.
2. Second point is that why does the bank does not need to ask for credit card pin during online transactions as required in debit card transaction.
though i have lodged an online complaint against person involed in fraud transactions
