Text of Complaint by Swastik Chakraborty:

1st Sept. 2024,I ordered “Mens Cotton Linen Shirt Pack of 4- M” from Diclon shopping website. When I filling up my details their is no Online payment available, only COD is there. And after order this product I don’t get any message, like “Your order is successful”, ” Track your order” and there also no option to download invoice.

After 5 days, 6th Sept. I got the product. When I opened it, I’m just shocked. 1 blue school shirt(damaged), 1 jeans (damaged) in that packet, also there is no invoice bill. I want to return this product,and refund my money.
