Placed the order for a blue color salar suit which was for rupees 869/- and when the packet came it was just a green color dupatta. Tried to reach them on email as there was no contact number and they shared 2 phone numbers and when tried to reach them no one was answering the call. (9382236105 / 8981833667). After 5 days I got a call after 8 pm in the night from 9067305901 saying that they are from the complain department and wanted me to install a .APK file which he shared me on what’s app and asked to raise the complain when I said why should I install an application, why can’t you take the complain over the phone as we are speaking and then he kept quite and disconnected the call.
