I received a text message on WhatsApp regarding a data entry job regarding 410 forms. Had to complete them in 4 days with 90% accuracy. After they asked for the details they sent me the link for the form. The form didn’t open and I was redirected to their help desk. Where the issue wasn’t sorted and they stopped replying. 4 days later got a message for payment of the registration fee and fee for closing of the contract. This way they made around ₹20, 550 from me. Then they asked for another ₹10, 950. When I ignored them I got multiple messages regarding police complaint and arrests. Today after 2 weeks received a message to pay ₹9,999 and arrest warrant.
