Hi Team
I had added 5000 on my phonepe wallet on 23rd Nov 2020 and it was named unusual transaction and phonepe blocked my account, Which is fine and when i spoke to them they said the same and asked me the screeshot and passbook proof for the same,Which was provided the same day as per the commitment. And it was clearly mentioned my amount would be refunded back within 3 days. This is been running for 1 Month and 20 days and my amount is not been refunded nor the phonepe account is Unblocked.
I would humbly request you to help me to get my amount refunded ASAP.
