Basically First we call from their team members for joining their company and give 500 forms for type in 5 days after u agree the site which they give for typing forms is not opened and submitting form after alots of time so u Basically didn’t complete the forms the they will fined you for not complete the task. This Intimation LETTER Informs you That Diligent Technology Company has filed a case under the SECTION of 73-74-75 of INDIAN contract ACT 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on THE AGREEMENT that if you have not SUCCEEDED ON YOUR JOB Then YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT.
Remedies for breach of contract .
• Sec 73 – compensation for loss or damage caused by breach of contract proximate losses not remote / indirect losses.
• Sec 74- compensation for breach of contract Where penalty specified.
• Sec 75 – party who is rightfully rescinding is entitled for compensation.
IPC SECTION
