1.I entered my personal details on Quickr regarding Work From Home jobs.
2. I got a whatsapp message from a company named ORBIT COMPANY. On 21/07/2022. They told me that I have to fill 500 forms in 5 days for which they will pay Rs__per form. They right away ask for my personal details like my Email id and the picture of my Identity Proof. They make an account for me right after few seconds and ask me to login to that account with only one device.
3. I ask what is the guarantee of receiving money from their end to which they sent me a contract. According to that legal contract, I will be paid the amount only if the amount of correct forms are 90% accuracy.Rs 6900 will be deducted from what I earn as the Registration Amount. And it also said that if the maximum limit of accuracy of forms is not reached, I will have to pay the Registration amount from my own side to the company.
4.They said If I don’t send the work in the 5days then I have to pay registration fee.
I agreed and said ok
5. I opened the login link and entered my details successful now I have to do my data entry work but there are some confusion with the alphabet of cursive letter there is one demo page they send me and said you have to fill like this but in the demo the data were filled wrong like IJ written in cursive but in the form there is written JJ then I got doubt on company and finally I go on YouTube and search about it ..and I got that this is also a fraud company and I denied to work
6. Now they are asking me to pay the registration fee but I replied i didn’t even login to the work then how can I pay the money.for that they asked me will you pay or not. I replied no.then They said face a legal issues

He is Right same fraud, I have faced, we have to take strict action on it.

did u paid the penalty ?
i am facing same issue, now they are asking me to pay 7000 penalty ,otherwise they are going to file a case on me. what to do now, please someone suggest
