Dear sir,
I ordered for purchasing Mobile phone Note 7 pro (Astro Moonlight White,64 GB)(6 GB RAM)×1 for RS-2999/- vide Order PDS10593 dated 5 June ,2020 and the price has been paid online.and the same has been credited to someone named Mr.Ankit Jain .After that response from phonedeals.co.in regarding shipment of ordered item in spite of repeated request through email .I feel something wrong and has become victim of online fraud in the name of online shopping.
Kindly arrange suitable remedy in the matter .
