Dear Sir, I have ordered a Maxo M10 mobile phone which has 8 gb ram 256 gb storage capacity worth Rs. 3999 from facebook page on 18th July 2020. I have paid through PhonePay on 10:34:33 pm. My payment ID-337932029, Merchant Order ID- 14969086738600. But I have received a second hand third class useless super slow Appletree phone which has 512mb storage only with broken glass and defective headphone on 31st july. It’s cover seal was also broken.
